ANNOUNCEMENT CLASSES IN STUDIO AS PER NORMAL
WE ARE OPEN FOR CLASSES AT THE STUDIO!!
Late last evening QLD Health updated their mandate to say that any strenuous activity, including indoor activity, does not need the use of masks. This means we are now able to teach and practice live classes at the studio!
Please note, you will have to mask to enter and exit the studio, and in all common areas including reception, passageways and change rooms. Once you enter the class room itself, you can take the mask off to practice.
From 9:30am today we will reopen both studios – schedule is as follows:
6:30pm HIIT Pilates
